I absolutely love LollyJane’s redo of her friend (and, ahem, owner of a popular craft blog)’s “here comes the sun” sign. I love this redo so much I am going to buy a cheap sign like this and try to duplicate it! It would look lovely in my craftroom…
I sometimes fancy myself to be a gourmet baker. I love to bake, although I haven’t as much lately, but I would someday love to come up with my own wonderful recipes and become a master decorator like the always lovely Heather of Sprinkle bakes. I am always so motivated when I read her posts (until the “I’m not worthy” depression kicks in…), and I love this Red Velvet Cake in homage to Edgar Allen Poe. This would be a wonderful Halloween treat paired up with some spooky Poe tales!
I came across a room I am obsessed with on Pinterest. Seriously, Pinterest gives me home envy every time I log on! Is this room not the most wonderful space ever? I love the chevron, the tufted ottoman, the turquoise… ahhhmazing. In a State of Luxe gathered a wonderful collection of tufted inspiration, and this just makes me want to figure out how I can tuft my ottoman. Oh, and talk my husband into turquoise.
And finally, I have on my Fall To Do’s to make some cute pumpkins. I have seen so many wonderful, whimsical designs- from brads, to glitter to fun and funky fabrics. I haven’t seen to many yarn pumpkins, and this post from Two Shades of Pink makes me wonder why. They are super adorable! There might be some yarn pumpkins in my future!
I hope you enjoyed some of the things that are inspiring me this wonderful fall morning (which coincidentally is supposed to be a warm one in Colorado… boo! Bring on the cool temps!).
