This Friday Finds is all about goals- working off some of this baby (well, mostly pre-baby) weight! I’ve compiled some at-home workouts I found around the web that seem do-able in between laundry and diapers. These aren’t long routines- rather 20 minute circuits and toning moves I can sneak in whenever I have a free moment.
First, though come see why I am trying to get motivated- well, you know, other than the obvious post-baby motivation (you can really see the difference in my face):
After college, I lost the freshmen, sophomore, junior and senior 15s, started running more, and along with a very busy work/social schedule, I stayed fairly thin for my frame.
Then, a few years into dating my husband, some recurring health issues started bothering me a lot more (I have PCOS and endometriosis), and I had to be on and off of hormone therapy for about a year before our wedding. Just what any bride wants- to gain 60 pounds before the big day! Most usually lose that- but what can I say- I guess I am a trailblazer.
